From Plough to Plate follows the Tesco Supermarkets product life-cycle, from leaving the field (or factory) to being packaged for sale, distributed to stores, sold ... and restocked.

The staggeringly large scale of Tesco's business in the UK is outlined - and the task of managing the staff, systems, processes, procedures, transport and storage involved.

Efficiency is key. So, too, are reducing impact on the environment and acting responsibly towards the wider community. An exhaustingly complex, never-ending task  ... and we were just making the video!
